As a Product Trainer you will craft engaging training programs and materials for Product teams. Deliver diverse training sessions, develop interactive resources, and ensure learning objectives are met. Dive deep into product knowledge and contribute to its real-world application.
- Collaborate with Product teams for training program design and delivery.
- Create diverse training materials.
- Develop activities and assessments for learning outcomes.
- Promote, analyse, and enhance learning effectiveness.
- Gain deep understanding of Product and its applications.
- Contribute to Product environment setup and maintenance.
- Improve learning processes and resources.
- Monitor learning analytics to achieve objectives.
- Deliver technical learning collateral, assessments, eLearning content, and instructor-led training.
- Drive business practice enhancement.
- Manage systems, processes, and costs for efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Foster a unified learning environment.
- Complete Practice Roadmap initiatives.
- Engage in employee community contributions.
- Knowledge and skills relating to the concepts, configuration and use of one or more EDUCLO products (or other enterprise software products), or the demonstrated ability to rapidly acquire detailed knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to identify software learning outcomes for learners with varying skill levels, and develop course curriculum, units and assessment to deliver those outcomes
- Knowledge of learning systems, methodologies, practices and tools.
- Exceptional communication skills and the demonstrated ability to develop concepts logically, adjusting the approach according to the audience
- Ability to apply learning design principles and learning theories to support learner-centred active and engaged learning with a strong focus on transformative and flexible learning experiences, digital assessment tools and improved learning outcomes
- Willingness and commitment to learn and adopt various technologies to enhance the teaching and learning experience and to directly support users in their use
- Strong Collaboration, Communication and Presentation Skills
