• Working closely with your executive to understand their role in the business and how you can assist them.
  • Effectively managing your executive’s diary and negotiating a complex changing schedule
  • Conducting minute taking in stakeholder meetings and facilitating actions to completion
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and expense claims
  • Acting as a liaison between Senior Leaders and the business by relaying instructions, information and following commitments through to completion
  • Creating reports and presentations through in-depth data gathering and process management
  • Undertaking special projects and ad-hoc administrative duties as required
  • Acting as a culture advocate for the team, role modelling the EDUCLO values
  • Confident, with the ability to think on your feet and predict issues before they arise
  • Proactive and resourceful, you will find opportunities, propose solutions, and drive execution
  • Excellent diary management skills, happy to take ownership of leaders diary & help set expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage up and liaise at all levels
