- Develop and execute against sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets from new and existing clients, ensuring complete customer satisfaction
- Maintaining and continuously enhance a portfolio of existing customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention and growth
- Partner with the go to market and sales leadership team to identify new business opportunities and build sustainable pipeline
- Working closely with new and existing clients to determine their present and future needs, selling suitable products, services and upgrades
- Identify and analyse the market potential for EDUCLO solutions within existing customer base, leveraging customer relationships to upsell and cross-sell
- Create in-depth understanding of customers and prospects business objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes, creating long-term business partnerships
- Build and maintain rolling 4-quarter pipeline of active accounts and prospects, providing accurate forecasts to the Regional Manager
- Negotiating price and volume discounts in accordance with the organisation's policies and liaising with sales leadership team, presales and operations to ensure client retention and continued business
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably ERP sales experience
- Proven experience working closely with stakeholders within the Asset & project intensive industry sectors
- Successful track record across all sales activities, including lead generation, management of opportunities and bids, deal crafting, deal closing and client relationship management
- Proven success in exceeding sales target
- Product and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to translate client needs into a complete solution
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, and demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
